Nick Montfort

Nick Montfort's computer-generated books of poetry include #!, the collaboration 2×6, Autopia, and The Truelist, the first in the new Using Electricity series from Counterpath. Among his more than fifty digital projects are the collaborations The Deletionist (with Amaranth Borsuk and Jesper Juul), Sea and Spar Between (with Stephanie Strickland), the translation project Renderings, and the group blog Grand Text Auto, along with his several works of interactive fiction and digital poetry.

bp Nichol (Barrie Nichol)

Canadian poet (1944-1988) who wrote computer poems in Apple BASIC in the 1980s on his own imprint, Underwhich. Often went by the name of bpNichol.

Deena Larsen

Deena Larsen is a pioneering author of hypertext fiction and poetry who has led numerous writer's workshops at electronic literature related events, organised conferences such as the Cybermountain Colloquium, and hosted the Electronic Literature Organization's online chats on electronic literature from 2000-2005.

John Cayley

John Cayley is a digital poet, translator, publisher, bookdealer, and Professor of Literary Arts at Brown University. All these activities have been influenced by his training in Chinese language and culture.
